1. Acceptance
By accessing or using NIA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
NIA provides an AI-powered chat widget that publishers embed on their websites. The service is provided 'as is' and may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use NIA to: distribute illegal content; deceive readers about the AI nature of responses; collect personal data without appropriate consent; scrape or reverse engineer our systems; compete with NIA by reselling the service without authorisation.
5. Content
You retain full ownership of your news content. By using NIA, you grant us a limited licence to process your publicly accessible content solely to power AI responses on your site. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
NIA, its logo, and all associated product features are the intellectual property of NIA Technologies. The AI responses generated are provided for your use; we do not claim ownership over output content.
7. Payment & Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are offered within 7 days of first payment. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused portions of the period.
8. Limitation of Liability
NIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
